JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, a rapidly growing player in the signage and outdoor advertising sector, is seeking a seasoned and strategic

Finance Manager

to join their Dubai-based team. This leadership role is pivotal in steering the company's financial strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting continued growth.

The ideal candidate will bring

over 10 years of financial expertise

, including a

minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within signage, outdoor media

, or a related industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all business functions, including production, sales, and installation. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability and scalability. Drive cost control initiatives and process improvements across departments. Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and performance insights to senior leadership. Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax laws, and accounting standards. Oversee external audits and uphold internal financial governance. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, vendors, and stakeholders to support funding and credit needs. Provide strategic financial input for pricing, project bids, and contract negotiations. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team. Stay updated on industry trends, economic changes, and regulatory updates impacting the advertising and signage industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA (qualified or part-qualified)

Experience:

Minimum 10 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the signage, outdoor advertising industry in UAE

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in project costing, margin analysis, and revenue recognition. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experienced with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or industry-specific platforms). Thorough understanding of UAE tax and compliance regulations.

Core Competencies:

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED30,000.00 per month
