Role Overview:

We are urgently seeking an experienced

Finance Manager

to oversee financial operations for an Oil & Gas equipment trading business. The ideal candidate will manage budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow while supporting business growth and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, and statutory requirements Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants Support pricing, cost analysis, and profitability for equipment trading projects Review contracts, credit terms, and supplier/customer financial exposure Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures Provide financial insights to management to support strategic decisions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred) Minimum

5-8 years

of finance experience, preferably in

Oil & Gas or Equipment Trading

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, financial compliance, and reporting standards Experience handling multi-currency transactions and inventory-based businesses Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
