Finance Manager in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with business goals.
Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and product costing to ensure profitability.
Ensure full compliance with VAT regulations and oversee timely filing and reconciliation.
Ensure adherence to all local tax, audit, and financial regulatory requirements.
Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial KPIs.
Implement robust financial controls and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
Collaborate with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Proven experience with VAT compliance, filing, and reporting in line with UAE/GCC regulations.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
