Job Description
Finance Manager
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Mandatory
CPA / CMA / ACCA / CA qualification (Preferred)
Minimum 5-8 years of progressive finance experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in the real estate / property management sector (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of UAE accounting, VAT, and regulatory requirements
Proficient in ERP and accounting software (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
