Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in the hotel industry. As the Finance Manager for our hotel, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial success of the organization.

Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability.

Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Generate insightful financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to ensure adequate liquidity.
Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize financial resources.

Cost Control:
Oversee cost accounting processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Implement measures to control expenses without compromising service quality.

Audit and Compliance:
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Financial Systems and Processes:
Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Evaluate and implement financial management systems to support business operations.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Strategic Financial Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate investment opportunities and assess potential risks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary Range- AED 15,000-20,000, Negotiable for suitable candidate. Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
