Job Description
We are urgently hiring for
Finance Manager
for one of our client from Real Estate Industry.Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and financial institutions. Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
BBA /MBA / ACCA / ICMA or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting. 5-7 years of proven experience in finance or accounting management. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
