Finance Manager
to join our finance team in our Head Office in Tecom Dubai. Some of the key responsibilities for this role:Financial Expertise:
Strong analytical skills and deep financial understanding.Collaboration and Communication:
Work with cross-functional teams for accurate forecasting.Planning and Management Accounting:
Approve capital planning, project accounting, and tax strategy.Revenue Management:
Monitor accounts receivable, resolve collection issues.General Accounting and Reporting:
Supervise various accounting functions and handle tax-related transactions.Accounts Payable and Expenses:
Review compliance of entries, manage payments, supervise contractor transactions.Treasury Operations:
Supervise cash management, manage bank relationships, handle letters of credit.Budgets and Plans:
Recommend finance budget, participate in workforce planning.Policies and Procedures:
Design and implement departmental policies and ensure efficient resource utilization.Continuous Improvement and Change Management:
Identify opportunities for improvement, motivate teams for change initiatives.The successful candidate will have at least 10 years experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role (ideally in F&B/FMCG/Retail) and must possess superb attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. You will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial concepts and ratios, and have extensive experience in Excel and other financial software.
Qualification: CA-Charted Accountant/ ACCA/ MBA Finance
Additional Requirement: ERP working knowledge preferred Oracle NetSuite.
