Job Description

Job Title: Finance Manager

Our client, a well-established company in the

adhesive products industry

, is looking to hire an experienced

Finance Manager

to lead their accounts and finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and supervise the accounts team to maintain accurate financial records and timely bookkeeping Ensure proper documentation and compliance with

UAE VAT regulations

Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure timely monthly and annual closing of accounts Make sure all accounting activities follow company policies and UAE financial regulations Support smooth day-to-day accounting operations and resolve accounting issues as needed Assist management in preparing the annual budget plan Monitor expenses, control costs, and track actual performance against the approved budget Provide regular financial reports and insights to management to support decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, financial reporting, and compliance requirements Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis Good leadership skills with the ability to guide and support an accounts team Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel Fluency in English & Hindi is plus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
