We are hiring an experienced

Finance Manager

for a Contracting / Consultancy company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities (Summary):

Manage P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting & forecasting Oversee payroll, EOSB, WPS & HR finance coordination Control Accounts Payable & Receivable, supplier & client payments Monitor project budgets, costs, profitability & tender support Handle VAT, Corporate Tax, audits & statutory compliance Manage cash flow, banking & treasury operations Lead accounting team & improve financial systems/processes Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and internal financial policies.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in same role in UAE contracting company 4+ years' experience in Contracting / Consultancy sector CPA / CA / MBA (Finance) Strong knowledge of Xero, Advanced Excel, IFRS, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax Fluent in Hindi & English (mandatory) Own car & valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
