Experience : We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team and support the financial governance, performance, and strategic growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, working closely with senior management to ensure strong financial control and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities o Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS o Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability across business units o Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls o Support audits and liaise with external auditors and advisors o Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions o Work closely with operations and management teams on performance improvement initiatives Qualifications & Experience o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA / ACCA preferred) o Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or services sector including 2+ years at a Managerial / Chief Accountant Level o Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control, including IFRS o Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills o High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Join Us o Be part of a growing, reputable organization o Work closely with senior leadership and influence key decisions o Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to careers@fml-dubai.ae Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
