Are you a highly analytical and experienced Finance Manager with deep sector knowledge in the UAE?
A prominent multinational entity within the Consumer Goods and Tobacco Manufacturing industry is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to lead its financial operations across Dubai and Umm Al Quwain (UAQ).
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in controlling and directing the financial health of the operations, including:

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Leading the preparation and management of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Overseeing the production of accurate financial statements, management reports, and performing detailed cost control analysis.
• Treasury & Banking: Managing day-to-day cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners.
• Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring the accounting teams across both the Dubai and UAQ sites.
• Financial Compliance: Ensuring all financial processes and reports adhere strictly to corporate policies and local accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance management roles.
• Industry Focus: Direct, substantial experience in the FMCG, tobacco, or a closely related regulated manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Expertise: Proven excellence in budgeting, financial reporting, and effective team supervision.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, impeccable attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining stringent financial controls. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
