Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).

Coordinate and complete annual audits.
a?
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
a?
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
a?
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
a?
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., manufacturing, retail, nonprofit].

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling.
