Finance Manager
to oversee our financial operations and support our continued growth.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations Prepare financial reports, statements, and projections Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Analyze costs and profitability for nursery and landscaping projects Manage inventory valuation, procurement analysis, and project costing Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders Support senior management with financial planning and strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred) Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant Experience in nursery, landscaping, agriculture, or construction industry is a plus Strong analytical and financial reporting skills Knowledge of ERP/finance software Excellent communication and leadership abilities
