We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VAT and tax regulations applicable in the UAE, with hands-on experience using Tally software to manage financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage VAT compliance, filing, and tax reporting in accordance with UAE regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally ERP software. Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as required. Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. Lead and mentor the finance team to optimize performance. Coordinate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT and tax laws and compliance procedures. Proficient in Tally ERP software for accounting and financial management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Experience with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
