Position Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of LalQila Restaurant UAE. This role requires expertise in restaurant finance, cost control, and compliance with UAE regulations, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Strategy

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models for restaurant operations.

Accounting & Compliance

Oversee daily accounting, payroll, and VAT compliance in line with UAE regulations. Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and coordinate audits.

Cost Control & Analysis

Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs to optimize margins. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. Supervise vendor payments, receivables, and financial settlements.

Reporting & Insights

Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports. Provide financial insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor finance and accounts staff. Implement internal controls and best practices across financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 7-10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in F&B/restaurant industry in UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS, and local compliance requirements. Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel. Analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
