Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management. Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for projects and overall business operations. Implement strong cost control measures, monitoring project costs against budgets. Manage cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure financial stability. Handle contract financial management, including progress billings, retention, variations, and claims. Work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Procurement teams to align financial planning with project execution. Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements. Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders for financial matters. Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial planning, investment, and risk management.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA preferred). Experience in construction or landscape industry. Strong knowledge of project-based accounting and cost control. Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software
