Job Description

As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring financial integrity, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance team. You will be the key point of contact for local regulatory compliance and will play a crucial role in our continued growth and success in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all branch operations, including finance, accounting, and administration. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch objectives and contribute to overall company goals. Ensure compliance with all UAE regulations, including IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other relevant laws. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on UAE operations. 7-8 years of proven leadership experience in branch management and operations management. Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, CMA, or Master's degree in Finance. Extensive knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other UAE regulations and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
