Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven

Finance Manager (CA Qualified)

to oversee the company's financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial regulations, and proven experience in leading finance operations within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. Manage audits, liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax filing. Supervise the finance team, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and internal controls. Support management with data-driven insights, financial modelling, and business performance reporting. Oversee payroll processing, supplier payments, receivables, and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and local UAE compliance standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Prior experience in

Manufacturing or Trading industries preferred

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
