Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Finance Manager to lead the finance and procurement functions of our hotel operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel accounting, Tally ERP, and purchase & procurement management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with UAE and company regulations. Manage Tally ERP for daily accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Supervise purchase and procurement processes, including vendor selection, cost negotiation, and purchase order approvals. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flows to ensure efficient financial control. Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT and other statutory reports as per UAE laws. Implement and monitor internal financial controls and audit procedures. Coordinate with department heads to control costs and improve profitability. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external consultants. Lead, train, and motivate the accounts and procurement teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

CA Inter or ACCA preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry. Proficient in Tally ERP and experienced in procurement & vendor management.

Skills:

Strong analytical and financial reporting skills. In-depth knowledge of UAE accounting and VAT regulations. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Fluency in Gujarati (Preferred); English and Hindi proficiency desirable.
