We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Finance Manager
to lead the Finance Department of AKA Management Consultancy. The ideal candidate must be an
ACCA Member
or
CA Inter
, with at least
3 years of experience in the UAE
. This role requires a proactive professional with strong financial management, reporting, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial performance.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.
Lead and mentor finance team members.
Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
ACCA Member or CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years UAE experience in a finance/accounting leadership role.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
