Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Finance Manager

to lead and oversee the financial operations of our group of companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, solid financial management experience, and the ability to drive efficiency, compliance, and growth across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Management

Oversee the day-to-day financial activities including payroll, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and other transactions. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Supervise finance department staff, ensuring high performance and accuracy. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and analyses. Track and evaluate financial performance to identify improvement areas.

Budgeting & Strategic Planning

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor budget variances and report deviations with corrective recommendations. Support management in formulating financial strategies and long-term business goals. Develop financial mechanisms to minimize risk and enhance profitability.

Cost Control & Compliance

Conduct financial reviews and identify cost-reduction opportunities. Liaise with auditors to ensure timely and accurate audit completion. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations. Stay updated on changes in financial legislation and industry practices.

Reporting & Analysis

Provide management with key financial insights to support business decisions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Create additional financial analyses and reports as required.

Cash Flow & Banking

Monitor and forecast cash flow positions, borrowing needs, and investment opportunities. Ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational and capital requirements. Build and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Oversee company credit policies and debt management activities.

Systems, Controls & Improvement

Develop and maintain robust financial systems, internal controls, and procedures. Implement modern financial tools and software to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Support process improvements across the finance function.

External Relations

Coordinate with auditors, solicitors, bankers, and regulatory bodies. Ensure transparent and professional financial communication with stakeholders.

Education & Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role

within the UAE. Proven experience in

financial leadership and banking operations

.

Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Accounting

(MBA, M.Com, or CA preferred). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
