Finance Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to join our leadership team in Dubai. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape the financial direction of our organization and drive growth in a fast-paced real estate environment.
About the Role:
As a key partner to the CFO, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of financial management, from ensuring rigorous compliance to providing the strategic insights that guide our investments and long-term strategy. You will lead a team and own the financial narrative for our diverse real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership & Reporting: Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with IFRS.
  • Real Estate Finance Expertise: Oversee all real-estate specific accounting, including project accounting, RERA reporting, lease accounting (IFRS 16), and detailed feasibility studies for new developments.
  • Audit & Compliance: Manage the annual audit process and serve as the primary contact for external auditors. Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning, investment appraisals, mergers & acquisitions, and scenario modeling to support key business decisions.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, coach, and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and drive initiatives for system and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualification: Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent) - mandatory.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with significant exposure to the real estate sector.
  • Background: A background in a Big 4 audit/consulting firm, with experience serving real estate clients, is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep, practical knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and RERA requirements.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting abilities.
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a passion for developing talent.
