The Role

Position Title:

Finance Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 45K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE-based provider of crane and heavy equipment rental solutions, trusted for nearly two decades to support large-scale construction and industrial projects with a reliable fleet and expert service. : o Lead regional tax & compliance across UAE, Qatar, and KSA, ensuring full adherence to VAT, corporate tax, and cross-border regulations. o Own group financial consolidation & reporting under IFRS, driving accuracy in audits, statutory reports, and shareholder presentations. o Manage treasury & capital structures, including banking relationships, trade finance, cash flow, and fleet financing. o Drive strategy & leadership, delivering profitability insights, ERP/system upgrades, and mentoring finance teams across multi-country operations.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA) preferred. o At least 10 to 15 years of finance experience in GCC Region (UAE, Qatar and KSA) in multi-country operations, with a minimum of 5 years in managerial role within equipment rental, heavy machinery, or capital-intensive sectors preferred. o Proven track record in tax planning, tax group management, and GCC regulatory compliance; Must have experience and understanding of the distinct tax policies in Qatar, UAE, and KSA. o Strong IFRS expertise, including consolidation of multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
