We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the financial health of our organization, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.

- Manage financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.

- Conduct financial risk analysis and implement effective risk management strategies.

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.

- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and financial planning.

- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure professional growth and operational efficiency.

- Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions as needed.

- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls.

- Any other responsibilities required by management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).

- 10 years of Proven experience in financial management.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero or similar).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
