Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Finance Head (Arabic Speaking)
to lead the financial strategy, planning, and control of the company. The role requires strong leadership, expertise in UAE financial regulations, and the ability to manage cross-functional financial operations including accounting, reporting, compliance, and risk management.Key Responsibilities
Lead the
finance and accounts team
across all business units. Overseebudgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
. Ensure compliance withIFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, and VAT regulations
. Managecash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
. Review and finalizefinancial statements, MIS reports, and board reports
. Build strong relationships withbanks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulators
. Implement internal controls, risk management frameworks, and cost optimization initiatives. Guide investment decisions, feasibility studies, and business expansion strategies. Supervise payroll, procurement finance, and vendor management processes. Provide strategic financial insights to theCEO/Board of Directors
for decision-making.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
CPA/CA/CFA preferred
.10-15 years of experience
, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within UAE. Strong knowledge ofUAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and financial regulations
. Proven experience infinancial planning, risk management, and business strategy
. Excellent communication skills inArabic and English
(mandatory). Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical ability with hands-on ERP/Finance software expertise.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
