Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance department and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and management of our limousine company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization, providing financial guidance to support business growth, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Budgeting:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Financial Management:
- Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

- Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards. - Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency fluctuations and credit risks.

Taxation Responsible for filling corporate tax and VAT Maintain financial records per guidelines Ensure compliance to taxation guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in finance management, specifically in the transportation or limousine environment. Strong financial planning, budgeting, and analysis skills. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Managers, Tally). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
