Job Description

Position: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily financial operations Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost control Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax laws (e.g., VAT) Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners Develop financial strategies to support business objectives Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processes Lead the finance team and support cross-departmental collaboration

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred) Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of financial regulations in the UAE Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 9,000 - 12,000 Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
