Overview:



The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our poultry business, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, and reporting. This role demands a proactive finance professional with a strong background in FMCG or manufacturing, preferably with exposure to livestock or agribusiness operations.

Job Profile:



Oversee Daily Financial Operations



Manage core financial functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure accurate processing, maintain liquidity, and support effective working capital management.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow



Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles in coordination with department heads. Develop financial models to project revenues, costs, and cash flows, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and initiating corrective measures when needed.

Financial Reporting & Compliance



Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulations. Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.

Financial Controls & Process Improvements



Establish and enhance internal financial controls and standard procedures. Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Audit & Compliance Management



Lead the internal and external audit process, ensuring timely responses, documentation, and resolution of issues. Maintain strong governance and reporting standards.

SAP Implementation & Utilization



Oversee the effective use of SAP (FICO module) for financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. Drive system improvements and reporting accuracy.

KPI Tracking & Financial Analysis



Monitor key financial and operational KPIs such as margins, unit costs, and inventory turnover. Deliver insights and reports to leadership for performance improvement.

CAPEX/OPEX Management



Support capital and operational expenditure planning through financial evaluation, ROI analysis, and budget monitoring. Recommend cost optimization measures where appropriate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Liaise with procurement, logistics, and production to align financial plans with operational strategies. Review supplier contracts and production plans to ensure financial viability.

Qualifications and Skills:



Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or ACCA with Bachelors Degree.

Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or related roles.

Strong proficiency in financial forecasting, cash flow modeling, and banking systems.

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
