Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager - MENA, the Finance Manager is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, risk management, reporting, compliance, and driving financial performance across the organization. This role also plays a key part in aligning operational goals with long-term financial strategy. Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning Prepare accurate and timely financial statements aligned with IFRS and relevant standards Build financial models to evaluate project profitability, cost risks, and ROI metrics Perform in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance Standardize accounting schedules and implement financial quality control processes Oversee and enforce adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Mitigate risk by strengthening financial governance and compliance frameworks Ensure tax compliance under UAE regulations and international reporting standards Monitor and manage operational cash flow and investment liquidity Analyse variances and performance KPIs to implement corrective actions Support business reviews and lead implementation of core financial processes Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and root cause investigations as required Collaborate with department leads to develop and manage cost-effective budgets Stay informed of market conditions, tax law changes, and economic trends that may affect performance Skills and Experience

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred 10+ years of experience in financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and strategy Expert-level skills in financial analysis, modelling, and cost control Proficient in financial software (e.g., Acumatica) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws, IFRS, and financial compliance frameworks High attention to detail, accuracy, and financial integrity Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead under pressure and meet tight deadlines Why Join STS Aviation Services?
