Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Finance Manager ( Health care industry)

with a strong background in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance to support strategic business decisions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical abilities, knowledge of healthcare finance operations, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Job Profile:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Prepare and analyse financial reports for management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards. Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and financial risk. Manage audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion. Work closely with operational teams to support financial decision-making. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Oversee financial planning related to new healthcare programs or service lines. Support strategic initiatives such as cost control, investment appraisals, and funding arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or ACCA with Bachelors Degree.

Minimum of 5-7 years' post-qualification experience with

at least 3 years in the healthcare industry

.

Proficient in financial software systems and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Knowledge of healthcare-specific KPIs and reporting standards.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a Plus.

Familiarity with hospital or clinical financial operations.
