Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Finance Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including planning, reporting, compliance, and team leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a commitment to financial integrity and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

: Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.

Reporting

: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Cash Flow Management

: Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure sufficient funding for operations.

Cost Control

: Analyze and reduce costs while maximizing profitability.

Compliance

: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

Team Leadership

: Supervise and guide accounting or finance staff.

Investment Decisions

: Assess financial viability of projects and investments.

Audit & Risk Management

: Coordinate audits and identify financial risks.

Skills Required

Strong analytical and numerical ability Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Knowledge of financial regulations and corporate finance Strategic thinking and business acumen Leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
