Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Finance Manager

to oversee and manage the financial operations of our

international branches

. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality, deep understanding of financial systems, and a hands-on approach to managing cross-border transactions, payroll, reconciliations, and audits. This role requires familiarity with

Odoo

,

Zoho

, and other ERP/accounting platforms, along with the ability to ensure financial transparency and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all financial operations related to international branches, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Oversee cross-border transactions, verifying their accuracy, legality, and timely execution. Administer payroll, benefits, and financial documentation for international staff. Perform full financial reconciliations for global operations, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies. Maintain audit readiness through accurate, organized, and current financial records. Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as necessary. Enforce robust financial controls and ensure compliance with both local and international financial regulations. Prepare detailed financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses for international branches. Support budgeting and financial planning for global operations. Provide leadership and guidance to international finance teams, promoting consistency in processes and reporting standards. Proficient in financial software including Odoo, Zoho Books, and related platforms.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance manager role. Proven leadership capabilities with a proactive and strategic mindset. Immediate availability to join. Language: Arabic (Preferred)
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
