Role Summary My client is seeking a highly skilled Russian speaking Finance Manager to independently oversee and execute the company's financial operations and provide strategic support to the managing partners. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a combination of financial expertise, operational experience, and strong project execution capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently manage and execute all financial functions of my client.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements.
• Prepare and deliver timely management reports.
• Develop and maintain financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Handle management accounting and ensure accurate reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis of projects and calculate profitability.
• Independently liaise with banks and financial institutions.
• Implement and manage tax planning strategies across different jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and directly work with external service providers.
• Prepare financial reports and documentation for partners and clients.
• Personally execute and oversee all financial processes within my client.
• Consult with clients and provide direct advisory support.
• Actively participate in client calls and meetings.

Project Management

• Independently manage all aspects of key projects as a key representative of my client.
• Structure and manage project development, legal structuring, acquisition and execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and investor requirement.
• Directly engage in partnerships and negotiations with developers, legal teams and key stakeholders.
• Develop, implement and execute the fund's operational and financial strategy.
• Identify, analyse and structure investment opportunities.
• Establish and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• Oversee and handle risk management, compliance and reporting.
• Lead fundraising efforts and ensure proper fund structuring.
• Ensure hands-on execution, growth and expansion of both projects.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to align financial, operational and strategic goals.
• Actively engage in project discussions and calls.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA certifications are a strong advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant financial experience.
• Proven track record in a senior finance role within a Single or Multi-Family Office, investment firm, or top-tier consulting environment.
• Direct experience working with principals or ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
