Job Summary:

AK SEVEN is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to oversee all financial activities of the company, up to and including finalization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and preparing accurate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. Handle the

finalization of accounts

and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements for management review. Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audits. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and manage related filings. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost control and efficiency improvements. Supervise and mentor junior finance and accounting staff. Liaise with banks, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as needed. Support management with financial analysis for business planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA, CPA, or ACCA preferred). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in the UAE. Proven experience in

finalization of accounts

. Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT laws, and local compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
