Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to oversee and manage our organization's financial planning, reporting, and control systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to financial operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Develop financial models and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. Manage budgeting process and monitor organizational spending. Lead internal audits and liaise with external auditors. Supervise finance team members, providing guidance and performance reviews. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions. Support business decisions through financial insights and analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CA is a plus. [5+] years of experience in a financial management role. Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and financial reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
