We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to lead the financial operations of our construction business in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting within the UAE construction industry. A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage due to occasional site visits and banking requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and support project managers with financial data and analysis. Ensure accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and receivables management. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required. Manage payroll, VAT filings, and other statutory financial obligations. Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost reduction. Assist senior management in strategic planning and financial decision-making. Coordinate with procurement and contracts departments for financial vetting and approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in the UAE construction industry. Solid knowledge of project-based accounting, WIP (Work-in-Progress) tracking, and financial controls in construction. Proficient in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
