The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations within the thriving real estate sector in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial strategy, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced market. Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee financial strategies that align with company goals in the real estate sector. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to provide actionable insights to senior management. - Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. - Lead the preparation of financial statements and management reports. - Coordinate and liaise with external regulatory bodies. - Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital and manage investment portfolios related to real estate projects. - Implement effective financial controls and risk management processes. - Support business development initiatives through financial analysis and modeling. - Automate financial systems - AML experience and experience with internal auditing



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. - Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management within the real estate industry. - Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and real estate market dynamics. - Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. - Proficient with financial software and tools relevant to real estate finance. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities. - Fluency in English - Internal auditing experience - Experience in AML
