, and other ERP/accounting platforms, along with the ability to ensure financial transparency and compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial activities related to
external (international) branches
.
Monitor and follow up on
cross-border transactions
, ensuring accuracy, legality, and timely execution.
Process and manage
salaries, benefits, and financial documentation
for international staff.
Conduct
full financial reconciliations
for international operations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Ensure
audit readiness
at all times by maintaining clean, organized, and up-to-date records.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
Implement and enforce
financial controls
and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Prepare regular financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses for international operations.
Support budgeting and financial planning activities for global branches.
Provide guidance to finance staff abroad and ensure consistency in processes and reporting standards.
Utilize and manage financial software tools including
Odoo
,
Zoho Books
, and other platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
Experience:
Finance Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
Shipping industry : 3 years (Preferred)
