Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

with proven experience in the

UAE

to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making, while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with company goals Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and local financial regulations Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis to management Monitor cash flow, funding requirements, and banking relationships Lead audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure timely audit completion Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities Provide financial insight and recommendations to support business growth and efficiency Supervise and mentor the finance team
