As the Group Finance Manager at

, you will lead the financial strategy and management across the organization's real estate portfolio. Operating in a dynamic and competitive market, the ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth. You will manage all financial aspects of the company, providing insights and leadership to ensure long-term profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Zolo Real Estate's business objectives and market opportunities. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to guide decision-making and business development. Analyze market trends and assess financial risks and opportunities to optimize investment strategies.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, regulations, and tax compliance. Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

Operational Oversight:

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure operational efficiency. Optimize funding structures to support real estate acquisitions, developments, and operational expansion. Manage the integration of financial systems across branches and entities to ensure seamless operations.

Leadership and Team Development

Build and lead a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the company's growth and objectives. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to finance staff across all branches. Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the finance department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. (Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.) Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong background in real estate or related industries. Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Zoho Books, ERP systems)
