Finance Manager
with a strong background in the
healthcare sector
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
5 years of finance management experience within the UAE
, preferably in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare-related organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies
Work closely with operations and senior management to support strategic decision-making
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of finance experience in the
UAE healthcare industry
Strong understanding of healthcare financial processes, billing systems, and insurance claims
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
