With a strong market presence and continuous growth, the company seeks a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to strengthen financial leadership and drive long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Conduct variance analysis and suggest corrective actions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management

Cost Control & Profitability

Analyze production costs and suggest cost-saving strategies Monitor inventory, COGS, and pricing strategies for profitability Recommend operational improvements based on financial insights

Accounting & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping Ensure compliance with Omani tax laws, VAT, and other regulatory requirements Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audits

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Manage company cash flows and working capital efficiently Oversee banking relationships and credit facilities Optimize fund utilization and investment strategies

ERP & Systems

Ensure smooth functioning and accuracy of ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) Drive automation of financial processes where possible

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals Coordinate with other departments to align financial planning with business strategy Act as a strategic advisor to the senior management on financial matters

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA/CA preferred) Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in FMCG or manufacturing Strong understanding of Omani regulatory and tax framework Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
