Key Responsibilities:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in alignment with corporate objectives.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital requirements to ensure optimal financial health.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS), regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, support strategic initiatives, and drive operational efficiency.
Coordinate and manage external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders as needed.
Oversee and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.
Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA strongly preferred.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within a mid-to-large-sized organization.
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel modeling.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
