Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic finance partner to leadership, delivering actionable insights to drive decision-making. Lead cross-functional finance initiatives and strategic projects across the organization. Conduct financial due diligence, risk assessments, and scenario analyses for key initiatives. Benchmark financial performance against industry standards and identify areas for improvement. Support long-term financial planning and align financial strategy with business objectives. Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards for real-time KPI tracking across departments. Implement cost optimization strategies and working capital improvement initiatives. Oversee funding, investment evaluations, and capital allocation decisions. Ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen financial governance processes. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across finance operations. Identify skill gaps and support capability building within the finance team.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong background in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Expertise in financial modeling, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in creating management dashboards and real-time financial reporting tools. Experience in working capital management, cost optimization, and investment evaluation. High attention to detail with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
