Job Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting operations, ensuring adherence to principles, standards, and compliance with all regulations.
Develop and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts, analyzing business performance.
Streamline budget preparation and analysis, supporting financial planning.
Craft short-term and long-term business plans to guide strategic decisions.
Implement and refine financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and performance.
Manage income, cash flow, and expenditures to maintain financial health.
Identify and capitalize on cost-reduction opportunities.
Guarantee financial regulatory and legislative compliance.
Collaborate with auditors for accurate financial monitoring and reporting.
Deliver precise financial insights to executives and stakeholders, facilitating informed decisions.
Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize liabilities and ensure accuracy.
Mentor and lead finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Monitor and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform financial strategies.

Job Requirements:

+5 years of experience within a similar IT industry
+5 years of UAE experience preferred.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Quick books).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information effectively.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Professional Accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant -MIA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or similar.
