Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire accounting system, ensuring accurate and timely financial

reporting.

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, with CEO

guidance and leadership.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend cost-

saving strategies.

• Provide financial advice and guidance to the CEO, leadership team, and other

departments according to the clinics strategy.

• Oversee the clinic\'s or partners investment program, making sound investment

decisions to optimize returns.

• Manage payroll processing (WPS), ensuring accurate and timely payments to

employees.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and educational regulations,

including those from Dubai healthcare authority, the Ministry of health and
KHDA.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and supportive

work environment.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and

relationships, including auditors and bankers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare finance role, experience in

education is less relevant.

• Proven track record of success in managing financial operations and budgets.
