Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
o Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into project viability, profitability, and potential risks.
o Preparation of regulations and policies for management accounting and budgeting
- Financial Reporting:
o Provide analysis and commentary on financial results to support decision-making and strategic planning.
o Provide timely and relevant financial reports and analysis to project stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Cash Flow Management:
o Implement strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.
- Treasury:
o Accounting for receipts and payments
o Opening bank accounts
o Compliance with currency laws
o Assist in monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures and provide variance analysis.
- Prepare necessary documentation for audits and reviews.
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements in terms of financial reporting, tax laws and other relevant laws.
- Coordination of contracts and payments for compliance with the budget and management accounting.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions for the development of the company.
- Preparation of models, feasibility reports, other information for banks and regulatory authorities.
- Participation in automation of management accounting based on 1C.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Qualified finance professional (CA/CPA/ACCA) (will be an advantage)
- Languages: English \xe2\x80\x93 advanced, Russian \xe2\x80\x93 professional (will be an advantage).
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
