Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our real estate development company. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our real estate development projects. You will work closely with the executive team, project managers, and various stakeholders to ensure sound financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly within the real estate development industry, and possess exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: * Financial Planning and Analysis:Develop and implement financial models to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of real estate development projects.

Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis, financial forecasts, and project performance metrics.
Monitor and analyze key financial indicators, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:Collaborate with project teams to create detailed project budgets and cash flow projections.

Track project expenses, monitor budget adherence, and provide proactive recommendations for cost optimization.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial forecasts for ongoing and future projects.
Conduct regular budget reviews and financial performance assessments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Financial Management:Oversee all financial aspects of real estate development projects, including financial transactions, loan agreements, and vendor contracts.

Manage project financing, including debt and equity financing arrangements.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other relevant parties.

• Risk Management:Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with real estate development projects.

Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure appropriate risk management controls are in place.
Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities and recommend risk mitigation measures.

• Team Leadership:Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Support professional development initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial management role within the real estate development industry.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards within the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capability to manage and motivate a team.
