Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for oil & gas projects. Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy standards, local laws, and corporate financial policies. Support contract review, tender evaluation, and commercial negotiations. Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for projects. Handle banking operations, including opening, amending, and closing Letters of Credit (LC), guarantees, and other bank instruments. Liaise with banks for project financing, LC transactions, and corporate banking services. Develop, implement, and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting tools. Coordinate with project managers, operations, procurement, and external auditors. Provide strategic financial advice to enhance profitability and project performance. Mentor and manage the finance team, ensuring high performance and development.



Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred. Minimum 8-12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in oil & gas project finance. * Strong knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and banking operations.
