Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Develop and implement financial policies and strategies to ensure efficiency and compliance. Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on financial insights. Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and annual budgeting processes. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Lead risk management initiatives and safeguard the organization's financial health. Mentor and manage the finance team to achieve high performance. Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus). 8 Years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards. Proven ability to design and implement effective financial strategies. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
